Our luxury Figtree Wellness Studio yoga classes are designed to bring balance and relaxation to the mind and body. Our classes combine movement with breathing techniques ending with meditation and mindfulness. YIN YOGA

A gentle meditative restorative yoga that relaxes you into the postures, allowing you to work on the joints more so than muscles done in other types of yoga practice. Yin stretches deeper near the bones, ligaments and joints targeting the deep connective tissues of the body to help regulate the flow of energy in the body. 

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.

HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques, traditionally to channel vital energy source. This yoga style combining poses and breathing which brings balance, strength and a sense of wellbeing. Many poses incorporate spine twists to increase blood flow and detoxification of the organs, increasing mobility and strength.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Our restorative yoga classes are known for their ability to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This is the “rest and digest” part of your nervous system that helps keep basic functions working as they should.
